The Numbers Papers Are Where MBA Students Lose Marks
An MBA class brings together engineers, science graduates, arts graduates and commerce graduates. For anyone who hasn’t studied accounts before, the first-semester papers (Accounting for Managers, Managerial Economics, Business Statistics) arrive with very little warm-up. Later, Financial Management and Corporate Finance build directly on them.

- Accounting for Managers / Financial Accounting: the accounting cycle, preparing and reading financial statements, depreciation, inventory valuation
- Cost and Management Accounting: cost sheets, marginal costing and CVP analysis, budgeting, standard costing and variances, relevant costing for decisions
- Financial Management and Corporate Finance: time value of money, capital budgeting (NPV, IRR, payback), cost of capital, leverage, capital structure, working capital, dividend policy
- Managerial Economics: demand and elasticity, production and costs, market structures, pricing, basic macroeconomics for managers
- Business Statistics / Quantitative Techniques: descriptive statistics, probability, distributions, sampling, hypothesis testing, correlation and regression
How the Tuition Works
From first principles. If you have never prepared a balance sheet, we start there. If you have, we move faster. The pace follows the batch, and batches are capped at fifteen.
Case-style problems. MBA papers increasingly frame numerical questions as business situations. We practise interpreting the question as much as solving it.
Exam-focused revision. Before each internal and end-semester exam we revise with your university’s previous papers.
Timings that fit your schedule. Weekday morning, afternoon and evening batches, plus a weekend batch on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
